“Training for new volunteers”
On September 30th we trained 40 people on how to give preventative lectures in public schools. The whole New Hope Ukraine office team was involved in preparing and holding the training session.
The speakers spoke about motivation and addressed why we do what we do. They talked about proper motivation, setting goals, and setting reasonable expectations as well as the importance of challenging yourself and the students. Eight different topics, developed to be used at schools, were discussed during the training. Each participant received training materials and a copy of each presentation.
